Abstract:
One of the most prominent advances in the Programmatic Advertising industry is the imminent washing out of cookies. Several browsers will take down third party cookies in coming years and the need to create more cookieless solutions is higher now than ever. In this paper we present one such cookieless approach of building a relevant domain recommender without using first party cookie dataset. We use the concept of Goal Programming to optimise and rank our recommendations. This approach was able to beat the A/B testing competition in 75% cases.
