Abstract:

The China University Baja Competition requires participating teams to design and build a single-seat, mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive small off-road vehicle, or a four-wheel-drive small off-road vehicle, using the same type of engine, in accordance with the rules of the event and the manufacturing standards of the racing car, at the specified time. During the race, long hours of driving will lead to increased driver fatigue. In order to reduce the driver's fatigue level, this paper, based on the Baja racing cockpit, combines the current international standards and human-computer interaction comfort demand experience, develops the Baja racing cockpit optimization design guidelines, and at the same time, with the help of CATIA simulation software, simulates the optimally designed BSC cockpit model, and finally completes the result analysis to determine The feasibility of the optimization was determined by the final analysis of the results.
