Abstract:

Wireless human location reorganization is regarded as an interesting field in smart home applications. This paper develops a radio frequency identification (RFID)-based human location navigation and recognition in the complicated indoor environments. At least three active RFID tags and their related response of the strength readers, i.e. received signal strength (RSS) through a wireless routing station are proposed to indicate the human position. A personalized indoor space information is collected in the design software to predict the moving trace of people. A wireless windows application for human recognition is designed to real-time detect their dynamic location in indoor space. Several experiments are applied to demonstrate an excellent utility to approach our design purpose.
