Abstract:
CaCl2•6H2O was selected as the base material for research, and a new type of composite phase change cold storage material was prepared through the experiment, which is suitable for air conditioning cold storage. The mass ratio of this material is 82% calcium chloride hexahydrated + 5% methanol + 13 % glycerol, the phase transition temperature of this material is 10.4°C after DSC test, and the latent heat value is 120.75J/g, which is more suitable for use as air conditioner cold energy storage. And the new composite phase change cold storage material uses barium carbonate as a nucleating agent. When the addition amount of barium carbonate is 1.5% wt, the degree of supercooling is small and nucleation is easier.
