Azure Solutions

Azure includes several services that enable organizations to integrate Internet of Things (IoT) devices quickly and easily and deploy solutions based on IoT. These services include IoT Hub, IoT Central, and Sphere. This chapter explores these services. It also covers artificial intelligence services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Service. These services enable a person to build complex and powerful solutions for analyzing data and interacting with users in an automated way. The chapter explores many of the development‐related services and solutions in Azure that allow him/her to more easily and effectively deploy custom solutions with minimal expense. Azure offers two primary serverless computing services, Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. These services let him/her build simple functions and more complex workflow processes without worrying about the underlying servers and services. Azure DevOps provides a broad range of services and solutions for developing, managing, collaborating on, and deploying code.
