Abstract:
Firstly, this paper introduces the development process of Call-Center and two modes of constructing Call-Center. Then it introduces the mainstream technology used in the next generation Call-Center (NGCC). For the special application scenario of small-scale Call-Center, the application of cloud based rental Call-Center system is born. This paper focuses on the technical implementation scheme that should be considered in the system design of rental cloud Call-Center.
