Abstract:

Group Decision analysis and game theory have proven to be valuable tools in the literature, and studies about these topics have emerged over time. This paper proposes a method based on artificial intelligence process concepts and a recent stable matching process approach to solving a real problem: selecting young talents in a steel company. The technique mixes the computational methods of stable marriage with voting concepts and optimization to support the group evaluation.

I. Introduction

Global competition and the rapid development of industry boost the organizations to change their ways continuously. Nowadays, organizations need personnel who make a difference through innovative ideas and keep up with the rapid changes [1]. The problems associated with a collaborative ranked preference list represent a common source of dilemma in trainee selection. The new employees join teams, and their skills and personalities should improve the team's performance level.
