Abstract:

Temperature and stress have obvious influence on the iron loss performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which directly affects the performance of the motor. In order to obtain an accurate iron loss calculation model for a 6.5%Si iron core motor, a high silicon motor iron loss model considering temperature and compressive stress factors is proposed. The magnetic field, temperature field and stress field of PMSM were calculated by finite element method. The iron loss experiment under multi-physics coupling was carried out for, 10JNEX900 (6.5%Si), B27AHV1400, and T-100, three silicon steel materials, and the reasons for the insignificant deterioration of 10JNEX900 under stress and temperature were analyzed from the perspective of materials science. Finally, the experimental test on the prototype verifies the accuracy of the experiment and the model.
