Abstract:

A method for determination of degradation kinetic parameters in laser damage process of biological tissues is proposed. By scattering of laser radiation, homogeneous heating of the sample was created. In this process the temperature dependence of its low-frequency electrical impedance (~ 1 kHz) was measuring. By processing these kinetics with Arrhenius formulations such important parameters of the heating kinetics as critical temperatures and activation energies were obtained.
