Abstract:

Mine fan is important equipment with high requirements of reliability to ensure the safety of mine production. As a common type of fan in mines, aerofoil fan is worthy of attention for its stress and strain under load. In this paper, the basic load conditions of aerofoil fan base are appropriately simplified, and the mechanical properties are obtained by combining the theoretical analysis of statics in the actual working conditions. The aerofoil fan base model is established in the finite element analysis software, and appropriate constraints are applied to carry out the simulation analysis. Thus, the strain and stress cloud diagram of the whole frame and the main bearing surface are obtained. By further analysis of the simulation results, the stress concentration points and dangerous points of the base are obtained, and the safety factors of the strength and stiffness of the base are verified. It can provide a reference for further optimization of the fan base design.
