Pakistan's Textile Industries Network Exploration and Exploitation in International Entrepreneurship

The textile sector has been critical to the country's economic prosperity. The current state of Pakistan's textile industry has been discussed in this paper. The textile industry makes up the majority of Pakistan's overall export GDP. But the share on the worldwide market is insignificant. The main reason is that global competition is growing. Pakistan textile exports' primary problem is the quality and variety of goods produced. To survive in a more liberalized and competitive world, we will investigate modern techniques for producing high-value-added goods and how we can increase Pakistan's textile and clothing exports to the international market. We will use core entrepreneurial concepts to explain the export performance of Pakistan's early internationalizing textile firms. It contributes to IE's network and international opportunity-based perspectives by combining the twin notions of exploration and exploitation into a dynamic capability viewpoint and demonstrating how these concepts affect export performance. Furthermore, both network exploitation and exploration capabilities have a beneficial effect on international opportunity exploitation and exploration capabilities are analyzed.
