Abstract:

In the past, most of the methods to improve the rolling accuracy of rolling mill were studied from the perspective of electrical control theory. This paper mainly takes the accumulator in the hydraulic screwdown system of cold rolling mill as the main research object, establishes the simulation model of hydraulic screwdown system by using Matlab, and studies the influence of the change of accumulator inflation pressure in front of servo valve on the system pressure and the accuracy of rolling mill control system. Taking 300mm reversible cold rolling mill as the experimental platform, the correctness and feasibility of the simulation model are verified. In the process of simulated rolling, the influence of accumulator inflation pressure on the control accuracy of screwdown system is analyzed by changing the inflation pressure of accumulator, and the influence law of accumulator inflation pressure is summarized to optimize the parameters of accumulator and improve the control accuracy of screwdown system. Finally, the rolling accuracy of the rolling mill is further improved.
