Research and Design of Science and Technology Novelty Search Project Management System Based on SSJ Architecture

In order to improve the work efficiency of science and technology novelty search projects and standardize the management workflow of novelty search projects, a science and technology novelty search project management system based on SSJ architecture was built, which realized the networking and intellectualization of science and technology novelty search project management. The system function included user registration and login, online filling or uploading the novelty search project power of attorney, project acceptance and online payment, online communication, novelty search project task allocation, similarity detection, query export and statistics and so on. The extraction of power of attorney document content, online payment, and the similarity query of new power of attorney content were analysed detailly. After one year's trial operation, the system runed stably and responded quickly, and met the expected design requirements.
