Abstract:

Currently, China's mining personnel positioning system is obviously lacking and will be gradually replaced by ZigBee or ultra-wideband technology in the future. Therefore, this paper starts from the existing problems, taking boots as the carrier, applying ZigBee communication protocol and ADXL345 acceleration sensor, and is committed to solving the current technical difficulties and monitoring the occurrence of miners' falls. As a result, it would be helpful in the subsequent search for the miners who have already fallen. This paper proposes an intelligent positioning boot for monitoring miners' fall based on ZigBee communication protocol and ADXL345 acceleration sensor, supplemented by safety fence, ultra-long standby, track playback, and other functions. The acceleration sensor ADXL345 and the pressure sensor FSR402 can detect whether miners fall or not, and the ZigBee communication protocol, which obtains the location information and the fall alarm information, sends them to the monitoring center for better management. Through the function of a safety fence, it can prevent mine accidents and give a timely and effective search for the location of miners after the occurrence of the fall. The research results can upgrade the existing mine personnel positioning and emergency rescue systems. Therefore, it can promote the construction of the intelligent mine and meet the market and policy needs.
