Abstract:

An organic photovoltaic capable of generating light in the near-infrared wavelength band was fabricated herein through bandgap matching of the organic photovoltaic photoactive polymer for sensing in the near-infrared region. In addition, the organic photovoltaic was optimized through a newly synthesized functional intermediate layer. This functional intermediate layer is a hole transfer layer, complementing the shortcomings of existing hole transfer layers. We fabricated \mathbf{PTB}7-\mathbf{th}:\mathbf{PC}_{70}\mathbf{BM} active layer based organic photodiode. Thus, an organic photodiode capable of sensing more effectively in the near-infrared region was developed by inserting the functional interlayer.
