Evaluation of service level of power trading hall based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Facing the new requirements of optimizing the business environment under the new power reform situation, based on the functional positioning of the power trading center, strengthen the service attribute of the power trading center, and establish a service level evaluation method for the power trading center. On the basis of combing the functional business of the power trading center, this paper establishes the service evaluation index, constructs the service evaluation system, and puts forward the service level evaluation method of the power trading hall based on analytic hierarchy process from four aspects: the power trading hall, the power trading online platform, the management mode of the power trading center and the main business of the power trading center, Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the trading center and putting forward corresponding improvement measures will help to further improve the service level of the power trading center.
