Abstract:
The design and implementation of a rapid prototyping controller for asynchronous motor are achieved in this paper. Firstly, the vector controller is verified in MATLAB/Simulink, and then an asynchronous motor test platform is established, which is composed of an asynchronous motor, power driver, the dSPACE system, and a dynamometer. The dSPACE system is used to achieve a rapid prototyping controller for asynchronous motor to replace the traditional DSP controller. The experimental results show that the prototyping system can achieve the rapid verification of complex algorithms of DSP, and greatly shorten the controller development process.
