Abstract:

To solve the invisible problem of burden distribution in blast furnace during ironmaking, this paper presents a model of burden descending combined with the detection results of rotating radar on blast furnace. We designed a calculation method of reconstructing the stockline to solve the problem of coke layer collapse during descending. The mathematical model was optimized for the influence of the shape change of blast furnace on the material layer shape in the procedure of descending to ensure that the model can display the burden distribution in blast furnace in real time. The display of the visual model is compared with the real radar data, which proves the correctness of the model. The results show that the visualized charging model can accurately reflect the burden distribution of blast furnace, providing a basis for guiding the distribution and optimizing production.
