I. Introduction
In China, the sale of electric vehicles continues to boost. From 2010 to 2013, the total new energy cars share in the market increased from about 0.02 to 0.19, and the production increased from less than 4,000 to about 40,000 [3]. Several factors contribute to remarkable change. On one hand, electric vehicles are more economical for consumers since the maintenance for electric vehicles costs less and the electricity is much cheaper than gasoline or diesel fuel [1]. On the other hand, driving electric vehicles or some new energy cars like battery electric vehicles (BEVs) can be a way of transportation with completely zero-emission. As a result, electric vehicles (EVs) companies are always sponsored or fund by the central or local governments [1] [8], which in turn also decreases the cost of purchasing EVs for consumers. For common consumers, the energy people use to drive has changed recently, at the same time, the way people control their vehicles have also altered remarkably, and this is the center console of the vehicle.
