Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of transient comprehensive environment simulation of hypersonic aircraft flight environment, effectively improving the efficiency of hypersonic aircraft development and the reliability of thermal protection structure, and realizing ground simulation of the flight temperature environment of hypersonic aircraft, this paper adopts QT application framework and C++ the programming language has completed the development of the system software on Qt Creator 4.11.0, customized a communication protocol, and used the USB to serial communication method to build the communication line. And use Simulink software in Matlab2019a to simulate the temperature control algorithm. The PID algorithm, sliding mode control algorithm, and IPID control algorithm are used to conduct comparative experiments on temperature control. Practical application tests show that the ground pneumatic heating simulation control system can quickly heat the temperature to 800 degrees Celsius within 5 seconds, and the static control accuracy is 5%. The hardware part of the lower computer of the temperature control system is composed of heating module, voltage regulating module, temperature sensor module and stm32 main control module.
