Business Process Management System Modernization Using Neural Technologies

The article discusses the principles of operation of modern BPM systems, their functions and disadvantages. Solutions to the operation problems are described. The concept of a BPM-system modernized with the help of neural technologies is developed. Using the Business Site company as an example, QMS effectiveness criteria are identified and ways to improve the QMS effectiveness are proposed. The process of training IT employees using this system is described. The modernization of BPM systems that manage business processes can initiate the automation of enterprises with the help of neural technologies. In general, almost all innovations in neural technologies are aimed to expand the scope of their application.
