Artificial Intelligence-Based Power System Virtual Seats Key Technology Research and Application

Virtual agent technology plays a significant role in improving the quality of power customer service in the power industry. Through the virtual agent technology, combined with speech recognition technology, knowledge mapping research and multi round human-computer dialogue technology, the ability of the power industry to cope with the increase of the number of power users, the increase of power consumption and the diversification of services is promoted. This paper first summarizes the key technologies of virtual agent, then discusses the application scenarios of virtual agent in power system, and finally prospects its development.
