Abstract:
As one of the most valuable technical supports of the Internet of Things (IoT), Bluetooth Low Energy is a research hot spot to promote IoT development. This paper introduces Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and its modulation and Cyclic Redundancy Check(CRC) and summarizes the advantages of Low Power Bluetooth and CRC. Firstly, the definition of low- power Bluetooth is described in the introduction, and the advantages of low-power Bluetooth are listed by comparing BLE with traditional Bluetooth. Secondly, we introduce the CRC method in detail, deduce the principle of CRC Coding, and conclude that the CRC code can directly improve the packet receiving rate of the receiving end and reduce the energy consumption of the sending end in the process of transmission due to the introduction of redundancy code. It makes a detailed description and derivation of these three aspects. A series of important conclusions are drawn, which enable readers to quickly understand Bluetooth and IoT.
