Abstract:
Automatic guided vehicle (AGV), a tool that is often used in the industrial world as an automatic vehicle to transport materials from the pick-up point to the delivery point. designing automated robots, and can be controlled remotely is a solution to simplify work in the industrial world. In this study, the AGV robot can be controlled using wireless communication and can perform task requests to the robot remotely, with tests that have been carried out the test room area is about 40 meters, although in the test there is a delay when making requests and not connecting, and it is obtained the average delay is about 1.8 seconds for remote robot control. And for the problem of localization and navigation of automated guided robots, the method of adjacency matrix representation is used to design the basis for mapping the path of the AGV robot. Then to complete the mapping task on the robot path, a radio frequency identification (RFID) Point tag is used as a robot navigation guide. From the test results, the robot can run and detect the RFID Tag point address properly.
