Comparative Analysis of Contemporary ITSM Frameworks

Currently there are many best practice frameworks. Some of them are focused on project management, some on service management and some are trying to cover few topics at once. This leads to confusion among the organizations when they try to select the best fit for their needs.The purpose of this paper is to make a practical comparative analysis of several IT Service Management best practice frameworks. The analysis will be based on three management levels which can be found in many organizations. This simple comparison model can be applied to any organization without additional investment.
