Abstract:

High-throughput, and high speed cell sorting is an indispensable technique for large amount cell analysis in biological, medical, and clinical applications. Our group reported a cell sorter having a capability of achieving a throughput up to 400000 event/s. However, its single (binary) selection ability limits its further applications. Therefore, to overcome this limitation, in this research, we proposed a method to achieve controllable multiple-selection ability by using multiple pulse irradiation of fslaser. This method has potential to be used for multi-selective high-throughput cell sorting.
