IEEE International Symposia on Electromagnetic Compatibility: 1959 – 2008

Oftentimes I am asked, via e-mails or telephone calls or texts, a question on “What year was the IEEE International Symposium on EMC held in City X?” I have a handy hard-copy reference list of the Symposia held in the first 50 years of the Society that I carry in my paper calendar that is always with me. That is true whether I am traveling or at my home-office desk. So, I can usually give the requestor an answer within a few seconds.
