Abstract:
Given the evolution, transformation and change imposed by Industry 4.0 on society, especially on education systems, it is pertinent to understand the impacts of Industry 4.0 in the Education 4.0 era, and its influence and contributions on education and training.Based on this digital age, it is necessary to raise awareness and leverage the school and training community for the rapid global change with an urgent need to develop new learning skills and abilities in order to empower autonomous and capable individuals.In this sense, we propose, through a literature review, to analyze the potential of Industry 4.0 in the relationship technology-education, in favor of skills and jobs in the future. We will contribute to the reflection in this so urgent and necessary discussion, foreseeing its evolution.
