Load Composition Impacts on the Multiple Solutions of Unbalanced Distribution Systems

This letter presents a study of the load model's impact on the issue of stable multiple solutions in unbalanced distribution systems. A mathematical model is presented and simulations are performed with a parametric variation of the exponential load model to verify the existence and behavior of multiple solutions in a distribution feeder.
