Abstract:
In order to better improve the operation effect of substation intelligent indoor inspection robot the flexible pan tilt control method of substation intelligent indoor inspection robot is proposed in view of the fact that the existing inspection robot products can not meet the needs of on-site inspection tasks. The overall design scheme and characteristics of the system are introduced by optimizing the core component structure of intelligent inspection robot in Yuntai substation On this basis, the software and hardware of the control system are designed, the functional characteristics and operation standard parameters of the flexible pan tilt control module of the substation intelligent indoor inspection robot are standardized, and the control algorithm and control steps are optimized. The experimental results show that the flexible pan tilt control method of substation intelligent indoor inspection robot has good positioning and control accuracy, and can meet the control requirements of inspection tasks.
