Abstract:
MRAM is finally establishing itself as a viable non-volatile memory (NVM) technology and solution for advanced Microcontrollers and even Microprocessors. Multiple foundries are making the investments to bring production capabilities on-line and demonstrating MRAM memory solutions. MRAM applications and use cases in advanced Microcontrollers and Microprocessors will be discussed, as well as remaining challenges to wide scale adoption of MRAM.
