Abstract:
This study aims to identity the levels of the quality of educational services of the university based on the students' experience evaluation on the services. Studying the satisfaction of student would become a part of the program of the university. We chose the SERVQUAL model, which is a multi-dimensional research instrument designed to estimate the difference between consumers' actual perception of the service experience and their pre-consumption expectation of service quality. 107 students of 1st to 4th year studying in Graphic Design program at the School of Industrial Technology of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology were analyzed by questionnaire.
