Abstract:
Exoskeleton robots have become very popular in rehabilitating and treating people with neurological diseases and injuries. Due to the high cost and lack of resources, children with motor disabilities are limited to a wheelchair in Sri Lanka. This paper presents, wearable walking robotic legs that are automated and attached to a walker are developed for children with movement disorders to give them necessary therapy and walking experience simultaneously.
