Impact of Affirmative Action on Female Computer Science/Software Engineering Undergraduate Enrollment

Affirmative action in college admissions has been touted as a way to close the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics programs. We report a study of one such program, where we discovered a positive effect on female enrollment and a smaller effect on a combined computer science and software engineering degree.
