Abstract:

Maintenance training of airborne electronic equipments is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of airborne electronic equipments. Using real electronic equipments for maintenance training is a choice, but the result is expensive electronic equipment and increased training costs, and may damage normal electronic equipment. In order to reduce the training cost and training risk of electronic equipment maintenance, a virtual maintenance training system for airborne electronic equipment is designed using virtual reality technology. The system uses 3DMax to develop the three-dimensional model of the equipment, uses GLStudio to simulate the various operation responses of the equipment, and uses the multi-signal model to realize the fault simulation of the equipment, and the maintenance scene is realized by VegaPrime. The actual training effect shows that the virtual maintenance training system can be used for daily maintenance training of aircraft and has higher training benefits.
