Abstract:

An improved pigeon-inspired optimization (PIO) algorithm for global numerical optimization is proposed to perceive deceptiveness and preserve diversity. In the proposed algorithm, quantum evolution is introduced into the PIO algorithm to solve the problem that the PIO algorithm is prone to fall into local optimal. The improved PIO algorithm is applied to hypersonic vehicle trajectory optimization under multiple constraints. The simulation results show that the performance of the optimal ascent trajectory obtained by the improved PIO algorithm is improved, which also proves the effectiveness of the proposed trajectory optimization algorithm.
