Abstract:
After the brick's maintenance work, it requires workers to stack the baking-free bricks into piles. Aiming at the production status, the thesis designs a kind of walking stack brick robot. This thesis mainly designs the automatic feeding, brick clamping and hoisting clamping, walking mechanism, bricks rearrangement and the other mechanical mechanisms, introduces the control system based on PLC and HMI and the robot's working process. The wireless remote fault diagnosis system based on COMMWAY WG8010 DTU and Kingview 6.55 can monitor the working state of the brick robot, and provide convenience for remote repair and maintenance. The field test in brick making enterprises shows that the double clamp working mode greatly improves the brick robot's working efficiency, reduces the labor cost and increases the enterprise benefit.
