Abstract:
The paper presents a new developed 1200V/100kWpeak three-phase SiC-automotive converter system. It consists of a 1200V, 150A SiC-MOSFET-Sixpack module, an integrated gate driver unit, with all driver and monitoring functions (including DC-link voltage, phase current and temperature sensing), an adaptable controller unit that can be optimized to customer requirements, the DC-link itself with a discharge unit and the copper water cooler.
