Abstract:

Sensor-based systems are expanding rapidly. Countless sensors are unceasingly taking measures around us. Embedded with other electronics, they create automated systems designed to improve the performance and reliability of equipment and devices. The automotive industry has applied an increasing number of sensors to different parts of vehicles. Numerous applications range from alarms and multimedia to the sensors that control temperature and combustion timing, guaranteeing safety, fuel-consumption efficiency, and comfort.
