The current ways of influencing the victim, which seemed impossible 10 years ago, is part of the modern era. Now cybercrime tools are easy to use and accessible to ordinary users. Based on modern methods of fraud, criminals are able to find out the necessary information and encourage the victim to take rash actions. This article analyzes the methods of using voice cloning technologies as a tool of social engineering and ways to counter these attacks.
