Abstract:

A programmable attenuation method is proposed for the repair of a certain type of wireless communication equipment. It can prevent electromagnetic leakage and provide the audio excitation signal required for the emission detection process of the wireless communication equipment. The relatively mature HMC346LC3B attenuation module is selected for the attenuator, and the peripheral circuits according to its characteristics is designed. Through practical verification and comparison with the existing RF signal attenuation model, the Okumura-Hata model is utilized and optimized according to the field measurement data. The optimized model is used for program control of the attenuator. By the design and realization of the software and hardware, this attenuator can not only achieve electromagnetic protection, but also simulate communication of the wireless communication equipment in an outdoor environment.
