Abstract:
The design of a synchronous motor with a distributed winding and an outer rotor as an in-wheel electric motor for vehicles is proposed. Distributed winding is manufactured using frameless winding technology. The in-wheel motor is designed for use as a traction drive of vehicles (land, water, air). The innovation comprises the development of a new manufacturing technology of distributed winding for synchronous machines. Distributed winding is made up of individual coils, each of which is produced in a frameless way. The production of a frameless coil is carried out on specialized equipment, which gives the coil a specific geometry.
