Abstract:
In order to improve the terminal's self-adaptive capacity, we studied the issue of the model of continuous berths and quay crane collaborative allocation under uncertainties. A rolling planning structure based on information updating is used to deal with uncertainties; redundancy time is added for vessel operations to absorb gradual uncertainties, thus establish a robust optimization model for berth and quay crane co-allocation. And a heuristic algorithm based on the squeaky wheel optimization(SWO) is designed to obtain the optimal resource configuration scheme. Through example experiments and analysis, it is verified that the strategies and models proposed have positive significance for reducing the influence of uncertainties and improving the efficiency of vessel services.
