Abstract:

In this paper, the combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) system is modeled and simulated in steady condition. The CCHP system is one of the typical representatives of distributed energy resource (DER), which is considered to be a useful supplement to the current power system. The model of the CCHP system is built and the micro gas turbine, lithium bromide refrigerator and waste heat boiler are respectively modeled and simulated in this paper. Some parameters can be obtained in simulation, including output power of the micro gas turbine, generator efficiency, export residual gas temperature, efficiency of lithium bromide refrigerator etc. This paper is concluded with a comparison on the output efficiency of this modeling CCHP system by the variety of proportion of gas to the lithium bromide refrigerator and a research on the economic benefit of the system.

I. Introduction

The combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) system was developed after adding a the refrigeration device to the combined heating and power combined heating and power (CHP) system. Based on the stepped utilization of energy theory [1], [2], CCHP is an advanced multi-generation energy system, integrating refrigeration, heating and power supply into it.
