Abstract:
The new unified construction of the transformer and transistor module executed on the minimum structure on one force transistor placed in the common for all phases of the transformer of a circuit allowing to minimize quantity of force semiconductor keys is considered. This unified module belongs to the transforming technique receiving application in adjustable electric drives of an alternating current for implementation of the smooth amplitude start-up, countercurrent braking and also implementation of the mode of positioning of asynchronous engines.
