Abstract:

Nowadays, observing the development of digital photogrammetry noted a steady trend of increasing the importance of automation the entire data analysis process. For the purpose of this work two strength tests were performed, i.e. a static tensile test as a representative of static tests and impact measurement using a Charpy hammer. The two above tests, as it results from the above cited classification, are the basic tests of the samples used to determine the main conditions of strength of materials. To record strength tests, it was decided to use the Phantom Miro LC310 M camera. In the following manuscript the essence of the measurement is being reviewed, but also errors, that are coming during the registration of the pictures. The second important task of work is to show, what kind of possibilities are given, if the exploitation of high speed camera is concerned
