Abstract:

Biomedical electronics is a relevant subject within biomedical studies due to its industrial and social relevance. This paper details an inter-disciplinary approach followed in the Electronic Engineering and Biomedical Engineering Masters of the University of Zaragoza. This subject uses electroporation as a representative example to propose a multi-disciplinary approach that includes basic medical aspects, electromagnetic simulation, power electronics, electroporation experimentation and clinical experiences.
