Abstract:

The performances of two different MIMO radar systems are here reported in terms of false alarm rate and probability of detection for a Swerling I target. The effect of multipath is also included in the analysis. Furthermore a comparison between the two MIMO systems and two different forms of netted radar operating in the same environments and under the same configurations is reported. In this way the relative merits of the differing forms of system can be evaluated.
