Abstract:
The declared requirements to networks of the fourth generation aren't reached none of the realized networks. That shows low level that testifies to a low performance of the existing planning methods of radio networks, transport subsystems and methods of management. Therefore, in this work base stations subsystem optimization method of mobile network operator was developed which consists in sequential determination of optimum structure of a subsystem, taking into account restrictions on quality of service, the admissible frequency band, the number of the active subscribers, use of multistandard active antenna systems and programmatically configured radio interface. The offered method allows to increase the radius of zones of service of subscribers of cellular networks up to 80%.
