Abstract:
Electronic boards for the High Energy Solar Spectroscopic Imager HESSI satellite contain almost exclusively COTS devices. Mission oriented components' qualification for total dose radiation hardness and single event phenomena were performed using proton beams. Results are reported for variety of low power parts including CCD, DSP and ADCs.
